The two winners of the ninth instalment of Singapore Changi Airport’s annual shopping promotion ‘Be a Changi Millionaire’ were announced yesterday evening at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport. Chen Rou Jing, 34, from China, was crowned the lucky winner of the S$1 million Grand Prize, while a brand-new Jaguar E-PACE SUV was won by Cao Zheng, 24, from China.
SINGAPORE, 21 December 2018 – Singapore Changi Airport registered 5.41 million passenger movements in November 2018, a 4.5% year-on-year increase. Aircraft movements grew 2.5% to 31,910 landings and takeoffs, while airfreight throughput remained stable at 189,000 tonnes, compared to the same period last year.

Seletar Airport started operations at its new passenger terminal today. All operations have been transferred from the old terminal, situated at the west of the Seletar aerodrome, to the new one at the east. The new passenger terminal welcomed its first passengers today through the business aviation wing of the terminal.

Scoot will be moving its operations from Terminal 2 (T2) to Terminal 1 (T1) of Singapore Changi Airport in the last quarter of 2019. The shift to T1 will facilitate Scoot’s growth plans and bring an enhanced experience to its customers.
SINGAPORE, 11 November 2018 – Changi Airport’s new T1 carpark, situated within Jewel Changi Airport (Jewel), will open on 20 November 2018. The carpark is part of the ongoing T1 expansion works, which commenced in March 2015 in conjunction with the Jewel development.
