Singapore Changi Airport handled 4.58 million passenger movements in September 2016, a 3.7% year-on-year increase. Aircraft movements also grew by 3.0% at 29,330 landings and takeoffs, while cargo shipments rose 7.8% to reach 167,100 tonnes compared to the same period last year.

Main construction contractor appointed for second package of works to develop Changi Airport’s three-runway system
Changi Airport Group (CAG) announced today the award of a S$1.107 billion contract to a joint venture formed by Hock Lian Seng Infrastructure and Sembcorp Design and Construction, for the second package of works relating to the development of a three-runway system at Singapore Changi Airport. The award is the result of a competitive tender which saw the participation of four tenderers.
Changi Airport introduces new interactive art to showcase Singapore
Passengers travelling through Changi Airport can now enjoy new interactive installations and visual treats across its three terminals.
