SINGAPORE, 17 December 2013 – The sixth and final lucky shopper at Changi Airport to qualify as a grand draw finalist for the ‘Be a Changi Millionaire’ 2013 is a 34-year-old relationship manager from Singapore.
Changi Airport Group (CAG) is pleased to welcome the arrival of Ethiopian Airlines, the latest addition to the family of airlines operating at Singapore Changi Airport. The East African carrier will operate a thrice-weekly service between Singapore and the capital city of Addis Ababa in Ethiopia via Bangkok.
Passenger traffic at Singapore Changi Airport grew 3.2% on-year in October 2013, with 4.41 million passengers passing through the airport. Aircraft landings and takeoffs rose by 6.7% to 29,500. In terms of airfreight movements, Changi Airport handled 157,400 tonnes of cargo, an increase of 1.8% compared to a year ago.

In terms of airfreight, 151,000 tonnes of cargo were processed at Changi Airport last month, a slight decline of 0.5% year-on-year.
