Changi Airport Group (CAG) announed its initial plans for the development of Changi Airport’s Terminal 4 (T4) and its proposal to enhance the capacity of the airfield to provide for more aircraft parking stands.
Singapore Changi Airport handled 4.0 million passenger movements in September 2012, an increase of 4.8% over the same month last year. On a rolling 12-month basis, 49.9 million travellers passed through Changi Airport, representing an increase of 9.7%.
Changi Airport Group (CAG) today announced that it will close Singapore Changi Airport’s Budget Terminal on 25 September 2012. The terminal will be demolished to make way for the construction of a larger passenger building so as to cater to the continued growth of air traffic at Changi Airport and further strengthen Singapore’s air hub status.
