Chinese express carrier YTO Cargo Airlines has launched thrice-weekly services between Singapore and Hangzhou. The new carrier’s first flight from Hangzhou landed at Changi Airport earlier today at 1600 hrs.

Performance impacted by Covid-19 following strong first 10 months
Due to delays in runway construction works caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Changi Airport Group (CAG) announced today that Changi Airport will only switch to using Runway 1 and Runway 3 from 3 December 2020, instead of 25 October 2020 as previously announced.
To ensure the safety of flight operations, Runway 2 will be temporarily closed for infrastructure works subsequently.
